Free shipping is provided when your order exceeds $160. Orders below this amount will be subjected to a shipping fee. This fee will be displayed at checkout.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
We offer 2 days Express shipping to the United States. Plus, free shipping for orders above €160.
All orders are shipped with DHL Express
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR DUTIES?
All import duties and taxes are covered by Risen Lord. For further details, we recommend consulting your local authorities. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email from our courier DHL

If you have not received your order after 5 working days, please contact us and we will look into this for you immediately.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We process all orders immediately. Your order can't be cancelled if it is already fulfilled. You can return it after receiving your order.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER OR DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Because we strive to fulfill all orders as soon as possible, we are unable to change your order or delivery address. Kindly contact our customer service team to discuss the appropriate solution.
IS MY PAYMENT INFORMATION SAFE?
Each payment detail is directly handled by our payment service provider through a secure encryption. Your credit card or Paypal details are directly sent to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by us or anybody.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All questions regarding Returns & Exchanges. We offer 30 days return and exchange, in case you are not please with your order.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
All orders can be returned or exchanges within 30 days after receiptment of your order.
Kindly contact our customer service team to learn more about how you can return/exchange your order. All returns/Exchange are processed within 10 working days after we receive it in our warehouse.
NOTE: The product(s) must be unused and in new condition as it was when received.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
We understand that sometimes things don't work out, which is why we've made the exchange and return process as straightforward as possible. You have 30 days from the delivery date to make your request.
To start the exchange or return process, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact us at info@risen-lord.com and let us know whether you'd like to exchange or return your product(s). We'll provide you with our return form.
- Fill out the return form, being sure to indicate which items you're returning and whether you'd prefer an exchange or refund.
- Within 30 days of receiving your package, send your parcel back to us using your preferred carrier.
- Once we've received your return shipment, our returns department will process it within 10 business days and keep you informed of its progress via email.

IS RETURN FREE OF CHARGE?
The cost of return/exchange is for the customer. Risen Lord does not cover this cost unless we delivered wrong or faulty product.
WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?
When your return has been received , it is inspected before we proceed in approving or disapproving it. After approval of your return, we will refund your order within 10 business days.
WHAT IF MY EXCHANGE PRODUCT IS UNVAILABLE?
Contact our customer service team for a possible solution. If the product is Sold Out, we will update you about it's restock and the possible delivery date.
In case you don't agree, we will be happy to refund you or offer you a voucher.

HOW CAN I CLEAN MY JEWELRY?

While it's tempting to wear your jewelry all the time, it's not recommended to wear it in the shower or pool all the time. Although this will not damage your jewelry, avoiding shower & pool help maintain the quality of your jewelry.
IS IT SAFE TO WEAR JEWELRY DURING EXERCISE?
To minimize the risk of damage, we recommend removing your jewelry before any physical activity that might cause accidental knocks.
CAN I WEAR MY JEWELRY WHILE SLEEPING?
It's possible to sleep with your jewelry on but we recommend to take it off before sleeping, as it can cause discomfort and accidental damage.
